Super Mario Galaxy 2 for Wii – Game Review

If you had forgotten about your Wii and left it to catch dust on a quiet shelf somewhere, then now its time to take it out and make some noise, as the Super Mario Galaxy 2 hits the market.
The game is yet again an impressive feat achieved by Nintendo’s developer Shigeru Miyamoto.
The new Super Mario Galaxy 2 is a major shift from its predecessor, featuring multiple worlds and each of them further split into seven or so more galaxies. The game proceeds as normal in terms of characters and strategy. You can start off as Luigi and ultimately make your way to the Grand Galaxy by defeating the boss in the last galaxy. Also quite similar to the Super Mario Galaxy 1, you have to reach stars in order to reach new galaxies.
In this game your closest support is your friend Yoshi, who with his lizard like tongue helps you by gobbling up enemies and swinging them away. Also you will see some clever new additions such as making Yoshi capable of floating, when you feed him Blimp Fruit or make him run like Speedy Gonzales when fed with Chilli Pepper.
All it all, we think this game is definitely worth going for!
